All I Want for Christmas Giveaway makes my day

Christmas can be one of the most fun times and also one of the times where you really get a reality check. There are about a dozen things that I could love to have for Christmas, yet cannot afford to get all of them. You may be experiencing the same holiday limits but everything just may work out well. One of the greatest shopping websites is holding an All I want for Christmas Giveaway where one person and 5 friends can win gifts of their choice from Overstock.com valued up to $1000. That is one of the most fantastic giveaways that I have found this season. There are quite a few things that could be obtained during this giveaway.

I would love to win a Nikon Coolpix P4 8.1MP Digital Camera so that I could take some pictures around my apartment that seems to be falling apart. It seems that everyone and their mother has a digital camera and I am still using a regular one that I have had since the 90s. Don't get me wrong, my camera is good and produces adequate photos. A digital camera won from this giveaway however, would help me out a lot and be useful for taking behind the scenes photos during video and film productions. If I won, the 5 friends that I invited to register for the giveaway would win their chosen gifts too.

I find that to be great since this could be the cheapest way to give friends a Christmas gift. My friend Chellbee loves to shop, so I would refer her to the giveaway first. It would surely help her to complete her DVD collection of Sex in The City and Grey's Anatomy. I would also refer my friend David so that he could get a cool electronics product like networking devices or radio accessories for his car. Speaking of electronics, I cannot forget C-Slash, one of my favorite rappers. All he wants for Christmas is a laptop computer.

This giveaway is the perfect opportunity for him to get that because if I cannot buy myself a digital camera, I surely am not spending $600 or more to try and give him a laptop for Christmas. I'd rather spead that money out to cover gifts for numerous friends. So let's see, with this Christmas giveaway, I would refer Chellbee, C-Slash and David so far. This includes some of my friends on Myspace although I still have two more to go. My friend Tiff has a beautiful daughter that seems to take up all of her spending money. Therefore, I would refer her so that she can get a cut outfit for herself or maybe a useful item for her new home. With one close friend left over, I'd probably refer my longtime friend Carla so that she could get a designer bag. She is a girly girl, so I know that she would love it for Christmas. This Overstock.com Christmas giveaway will bring lots of excitement and gifts for all. It will last for 5 days with prizes given away everyday. What a great way to bring in the new year!

Your own Corporation for less than you think!

Starting a company is not easy no matter what type of business you want to run. A corporation is one type of business that seems harder than all others to start and maintain. Many movie studios and Television networks are owned by large corporations. While going over some business ideas a few years ago with a friend, a corporation was the recommended business to start. However, the fees to incorporate can end up making a small business person spend more money on that process than they can afford. That is one reason that one nevada corporation company is an ideal place to get assistance.

The fees that I have viewed for services to setup corporations ran from $300 up to thousands with many other companies. However, incparadise.com offers affordable services to help you set up a corporation and run your own business. Aside from being affordable, the company documents for only $20-$25. That is much less expensive than many other companies that assist with setting up your own company. Their website is well organized, making it easier to locate the information needed to start a corporation. They also provide contact information including a useful toll-free number. This can help you save cash on phone bills to use toward the marketing of your new company.

How to tell if you're a TV addict Part 2

If you do not portray any of the TV addict behavior mentioned in Part 1, that still does not mean you have normal television viewing habits. The type of behavior that indicates you are a TV addict may not be easy to notice at first. However, the healing process can begin once you figured out what your patterns are when it comes to watching TV. There are more factors to consider and determine if you are a TV addict!

You know the exact lineup of specific channels on any given day.
Knowing what day and time Heroes will air is one thing. Being able to identify the entire prime time or late night lineup of specific TV networks is another part of this addiction. If it is not hard to name each show that comes on the Fox network from 6:00 pm to 10:00pm, you are addicted to TV. Having precise knowledge of a TV network’s lineup over many hours does not only say that you are a TV addict. It also demonstrates that you watch too much TV. There are better things to do with the time that we are given than spend hours in front of the television.

You record every episode of your favorite show
It is not necessary to record every episode of your favorite show. This is especially trued if you are watching it. If there are more than 5 episodes of one TV show in your VHS or Tivo collection, you are a TV addict. There is no special science to the world of television. TV shows are not that special. The broadcast and cable networks air hours of reruns. This means that it is not necessary to record numerous episodes of one TV show. That is a waste of time, tape, space and money.

You have to watch the Season premiere Finale
I have become better at this, but there are tons of people who have to watch the Season premiere and the Season Finale of a particular show. Over time, I have realized that many Season premieres and Finales are very boring. It seems as though producers and writers threw something together to get them into the season or out of one. There are some great premieres and finales. These episodes usually include great cliff hangers and surprises.

However, it is not crucial to watch the season premiere or finale. If you make TV shows more important than they are, they will run your life. That is not a good way to live. TV is just TV. It is a mere pastime for many citizens with nothing else better to do. TV is nothing more than that and not that special. The again, I may produce a television show and become happy that people are addicted to it. That is always good for ratings. In that case, I should not say that being a TV addict is a bad thing, since I may benefit from that in the near future. TV should be utilized and enjoyed in moderation either way.
